Hangzhou, China — May 9, 2025 — Xiling Yinshe Auction has recently identified unauthorized activities on short-video platforms such as WeChat Channels and Douyin. Certain operators have been publishing promotional content under our corporate name or under misleadingly similar names (including “Xileng Auction (西冷拍卖)” and “Xiling International Auction(西泠国际拍卖)”) to solicit consignments and advertise auction services.

1. Xiling Yinshe Auction has never engaged or authorized any individual or organization to solicit consignments on our behalf. All consignment-related activities are conducted solely through our official channels.
2. We will pursue all appropriate legal measures against any acts—by individuals or organizations—that infringe upon our reputation or otherwise violate our lawful rights and interests.
3. We urge clients, collectors, and the public to verify the authenticity of any consignment promotions claiming association with “Xiling Yinshe Auction.” Suspicious activities should be reported directly to us through the contact details below.
We remind all clients and collectors to exercise caution, remain vigilant against fraudulent claims, and avoid unnecessary losses. Xiling Yinshe Auction conducts consignment intake year-round at our Hangzhou headquarters and offices in Shanghai and Beijing.
