As vintage wine collection is increasingly popular in mainland China and Hong Kong, Xiling Auction presented the first sale of best wine from Bordeaux to famous Chinese wine, highlighting Moutai liquor, Wuliangye liquor and top wine. In the 2010 autumn sale, the sale of famous Chinese wine was sold 100% by lot and a bottle of Kweichow Moutai dated 1958 was sold for 1.456 million yuan. In the following 2011 New Spring Famous Chinese Wine Sale and the 2nd Famous Chinese Wine Sale in May 8, all lots were sold, underscoring Xiling Auction's leading position in promoting Chinese wine culture.
